The Product Range
The product range can only give a small summary of the products which WEILER can supply directly from the mills to the customers or from stock. Apart from long and flat products on stock, customer-specified options can also be offered at short delivery dates. The high flexibility of the specifications optimised to customers´ needs is only restricted by the respective production conditions.
So do not hesitate to ask your contact person at WEILER not only about stock products but also about specification options.
Long Products
Continuously casted square, rectangular and round dimensions up to 600 mm diameter as well as rerolled billets and blooms from 50 to 400 mm square can be supplied in execution suitable for cold shearing, sawing, for forming by upsetting and by forging, for example, in the following qualities:

Steel bars in round and flat dimensions, universal flats, wire rod and other products are part of the delivery program.
A works certificate according to DIN EN 10204/3.1B, in exceptional cases to 2.2, is always provided with long products.
Flat Products
Roughed slabs, continuously casted and rerolled slabs, plates as well as cobble plates, hot and cold rolled coils, strips are delivered by WEILER in various qualities and dimensions. Within this product range, WEILER offers for example slabs suitable for flame-cutting, with four mill edges, head and bottom cut or all edges cut in the following dimensions and qualities:

Certificates of analysis issued by WEILER, 3.1B or 3.1C Certificate, resp. works certificate. Without particular instructions, an ultra-sonic testing of at least class 3 according to DIN EN 10160 is observed. On request and depending on the steel making mill, a hydrogen content of max. 2 ppm can be guaranteed.
